Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a highly organized Manager, Payroll and Benefits to lead payroll and benefits across Ireland and EMEA. Based in Letterkenny with hybrid work, you’ll ensure accurate, compliant processing and continuous improvement within a matrix People Team.

You’ll oversee life-cycle changes, collaborate with global teams, and stay updated on regulatory developments while delivering excellent service to employee groups.

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years in an EMEA payroll processing role.
• Advanced Irish payroll and benefits knowledge.
• Experience with payroll cycles and regulatory returns.
• Experience with global/multi-national payroll schemes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer payroll and benefit changes across multiple countries.
• Validate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual payroll tasks.
• Collaborate with People Team and external vendors.
• Implement process improvements and standardization.
• Manage country setups and year-end payroll tasks.
• Escalate issues and mitigate payroll risks.
