Job summary

PGIM Ireland, the global asset management business of Prudential, seeks a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement to optimise TA operations and tools. You will partner across People Services & Solutions, People Technology, and external vendors to drive performance and capability adoption.

You will lead process improvements, ensure high-quality hiring practices, and help evolve capabilities including AI-enabled recruiting and candidate integrity. Hybrid work model in Letterkenny.

Qualifications

• Experience with Talent Acquisition operations, recruitment enablement, or TA technology in a complex org.
• Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Run and continuously improve TA processes and SLAs to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Oversee TA technology ecosystem (ATS, assessments, AI tools) and maintain knowledge repositories.
• Support consistent hiring practices with structured interviewing and candidate management.
