Job summary

Sycomp seeks a Sales Operations Lead to drive strategic, cross-functional sales processes across global regions. The role partners with Sales leadership, vendors and customers to optimize deal management, quoting, and CRM integrity.

You will own end-to-end sales operations, influence stakeholders, and drive continuous improvements in workflows, forecasting, and reporting while supporting a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Operations or similar
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including reporting and data governance
• Deep understanding of sales processes and deal cycles

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of sales operations processes and drive efficiency
• Lead cross-functional meetings and manage escalations
• Partner with Sales leadership on complex deals and strategic accounts
• Own deal registrations end-to-end and ensure vendor alignment
• Oversee quoting across vendors and distributors and manage pricing structures
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, reporting and pipeline visibility
• Lead UAT and system enhancements for CRM improvements
• Support order lifecycle and end-to-end execution
• Develop sales performance reporting, dashboards and forecasting
