Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an experienced S&OP Lead to advance our mission by enabling reliable, compliant, and responsive supply of medical devices worldwide. You will lead and support an integrated Sales & Operations Planning process, coordinating across Commercial, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure data-driven decisions and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include global coordination by BU, end-to-end S&OP orchestration, dashboard creation, and leading monthly global

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field (MBA preferred).
• CPM or similar accreditation preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role (preferably medical device manufacturer).
• Familiar with FDA, cGMP, and ISO quality system requirements for a diverse medical device manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global S&OP by Business Unit.
• Facilitate end-to-end S&OP process and calendar.
• Create and maintain S&OP dashboards and outputs.
• Lead monthly Global S&OP and Pre-S&OP meetings across functions.
• Translate business drivers into a consolidated plan.
• Resolve demand and supply imbalances through cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as escalation point between operations and Business Units.
• Focus on future planning based on S&OP data and not backorder detail.
• Act as change agent for new S&OP processes and roles.
