Job summary

ICON Clinical Research Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to turn complex data into meaningful insights that strengthen sales performance and accelerate revenue growth. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to deliver reporting, forecasting and data-driven decision support.

The role requires strong analytical capability, experience with Salesforce and BI tools, and the ability to influence senior leaders across a hybrid/remote/office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing sales performance data and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decisions through data.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, data modelling, pivot tables, reporting and analysis.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and understanding data flow in sales processes.
• Exposure to dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights, reporting and analysis to drive commercial success for sales leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and forecasting models.
• Transform complex datasets into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Improve sales processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
• Provide guidance on tools, systems, reporting and processes to sales teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Business Development and Operations leaders.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
