The role manages managers across regions, builds high performing teams, coaches performance, and ensures timely delivery of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional sales leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth in a multinational, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Lead to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for revenue growth.
• Lead and coach a team of Sales Managers across multiple countries and regions.
• Provide structure and rigor to planning, execution, and reporting.
• Identify data-driven insights to inform decision making and address performance gaps.
• Communicate initiatives clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Drive operational excellence and cross-regional alignment.
