Stripes is seeking a Benefits Program Manager to shape the strategy, design, and execution of our global benefits. You’ll own plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, and communications to deliver competitive programs across our workforce.

The Benefits Program Manager plays a key role in shaping the strategy, execution, and user experience of our benefits programs. This role focuses primarily on benefits strategy and plan design, financial stewardship, vendor management, communications, the the company experience, and continuous improvement.
This role is suited to someone who can think strategically while supporting the successful execution of day-to-day operations and our broader benefits strategy.
