Autism A Chara is seeking an International Recruitment Coordinator to lead overseas recruitment efforts on a part-time basis (24 hours per week) in Newtownmountkennedy, Co. Wicklow.

You will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews, and oversee permits, visas and relocation for international applicants. The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, service managers and external partners, plus a focus on compliance with GDPR and relevant employment laws.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition with candidate sourcing and screening.
• Knowledge of employment permits, visas and international recruitment processes.
• Experience coordinating interviews and supporting relocation.
