Job summary

Autism A Chara in Ireland is seeking an experienced HR recruiter focused on international recruitment to support our growing team. The role includes advertising, candidate screening, interviews, processing employment permits, visas and relocation for international candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment partners.

You will work with HR colleagues to ensure GDPR compliance and a high quality candidate experience, while supporting recruitment across our charity's services

Qualifications

• Third-level qualification in HR, recruitment, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition; sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
• Knowledge relating to employment permits, immigration or international recruitment.

Responsibilities

• International recruitment and sourcing.
• Advertising and campaign creation and management.
• Candidate screening and interviews.
• Processing of employment permits, visas and relocation.
• Act as a key contact for international candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with HR colleagues, hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with GDPR and equality legislation.
