Job summary

Respond Housing Association is seeking a Recruitment Co-ordinator to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our Dublin-based teams. This hybrid, part-time contract role supports turnover and talent attraction in a social housing context.

The role requires a minimum 3 years in recruitment or HR, a third-level qualification in HR or related field (CIPD considered), and experience with HRIS/ATS systems such as Cezanne. Two part-time 18-month terms offer 32 and 24 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline; CIPD accreditation or willingness to work towards.
• Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems such as Cezanne.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.
• Ensure a fair, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Advise on alternative ways of attracting new colleagues to the organisation.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, selection panels and carry out interviews.
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and related HR processes as required.
• Support the onboarding of new team members.
• Provide reports on live and filled vacancies.
• Be a proactive member of the People and Culture team.
