• Greet candidates for onsite interviews and support hiring teams.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure background checks are completed.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve scheduling efficiency.
• Learn and use ATS tools and recruiting dashboards to track SLAs.
