Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or operational support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple business units and regions.
• Manage travel arrangements (flights, accommodation) and reimbursements for candidates.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure background checks are completed before start date.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
