Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with Talent Delivery and Hiring teams to deliver best-in-class candidate experiences across regional and global levels. You will own interview lifecycle expertise, coordinate scheduling, and support high-potential projects to enable internal growth.

The role requires strong collaboration, exceptional communication, attention to detail, and comfort working with systems like Workday, Google Suite, Slack, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, panel, and onsite interviews across regions.
• Manage interview logistics including travel & accommodations and candidate reimbursements.
• Audit employment agreements and ensure background checks are completed before start.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Prioritize tasks across regions while maintaining efficiency and candidate experience.
• Master ATS and recruiting tools (Workday, GoodTime, Google Suite, Slack).
• Contribute to regional and global projects aligned to RC vision.
• Provide insights using Tableau dashboards to recruiters and stakeholders.
