Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a data-driven analyst to support the Quota and Capacity Planning (QCP) team. You will analyze massive global data sets, build dashboards, and provide insights to regional and leadership stakeholders.

The role requires collaboration across sales, strategy, finance, and other teams, with flexibility to work across time zones and regions. A strong background in analytics, Excel/Tableau, and Salesforce is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years for Analyst / 5+ years for Manager in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Finance
• Experience with sales coverage models and quota setting methodologies
• Ability to analyze large data sets and build scalable analytical models
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and Salesforce.com with data storytelling skills
• Experience with Anaplan and databases a big plus
• B.S. in a quantitative discipline and strong communication across time zones

Responsibilities

• Analyze global data sets, reports and dashboards to provide findings and insights to leadership
• Develop and manage data reporting and auditing projects and models for regional partners
• Collaborate with Global PMO to deliver annual planning program deliverables
• Create and maintain global dashboards to drive quota partner rigour and efficiency
• Prepare audits and present findings to internal auditors and process owners
