Tracsis is seeking a commercially minded People Business Partner to join our Ireland team on a fixed-term basis, with responsibility across Ireland, Germany and the USA. The role focuses on partnering with leaders to address people challenges, develop capability, and drive effective people decisions in a fast-growing, international business.

You will work across recruitment, performance, development and engagement, using data to influence decisions and exploring practical uses of AI to support

Qualifications

• Experience as a People/HR Business Partner or strong HR Generalist in a growing or complex organisation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leaders and managers to understand teams, priorities and people challenges.
• Coach leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people.
• Support performance, development, progression and capability conversations.
• Identify current and future skills gaps and translate into development priorities.
• Support delivery of initiatives that strengthen leadership and organisational capability.
• Explore how AI and emerging tech can support People activity with responsible use.
• Provide pragmatic advice on employee relations, policy and risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Use data and themes to identify issues and opportunities for action.
• Support engagement activity and help leaders turn feedback into action.
• Collaborate with the People team to deliver joined-up support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Ireland, Germany and the USA.
