This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and forward-thinking HR professional who enjoys driving change, building relationships, and contributing to a growing organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees across headquarters departments, providing guidance throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers with recruitment activities, from workforce needs clarification and role definition to interview processes, candidate evaluation, and offer management.
  • Empower hiring managers to take ownership of recruitment by implementing efficient hiring processes, improving interview skills, and providing practical guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Coach, challenge, and support leaders in developing their management capabilities and becoming effective role models for their teams.
  • Advise managers on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, performance improvement plans, challenging conversations, and employee exits.
  • Provide comprehensive People and Culture support across recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, retention, and offboarding.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR practices, ensuring processes remain efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
  • Proven experience advising, coaching, and supporting managers, with the confidence to handle sensitive employee matters and complex HR situations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership teams while providing constructive feedback, challenging existing practices, and supporting effective decision-making.
  • Experience working in international or multi-country environments, with the ability to navigate different organizational structures and cultural contexts.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and labour law across different countries is an advantage.
  • Active experience using AI-powered tools in HR, with a genuine interest in discovering new applications, developing automations, and simplifying existing workflows.
  • Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing business environment, quickly understand new challenges, and guide teams through organizational change.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, combined with a structured, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to balance employee needs and business priorities.
  • Business-fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • German language skills are considered an advantage.
Benefits:
