Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team. You will partner with enterprise customers to implement Rippling’s all-in-one HR, Payroll and Accounting platform, guiding complex deployments and ensuring a smooth adoption.

You will lead discovery, scoping and cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Finance, HR and Operations, while coordinating executives and steering committees to align on timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational team member of Rippling’s Global Implementation team.

Implementation is an essential differentiator for Rippling. As an Implementation Manager (an IC role), you will work with our customers across various segments to implement and drive the adoption of Rippling’s global products. You will leverage deep domain expertise and partner it with a deep knowledge of Rippling’s global products as well as strong commitment to customer experience.

Please note, this role is based in Dublin.

What You Will Do

• Become the trusted technical and strategic advisor for enterprise customers implementing Rippling's Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform. You'll be the primary point of escalation for complex deployments and strategic decisions.
• Lead enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end—owning customer timelines, managing executive steering committees, and ensuring successful adoption across complex organizational structures.
• Facilitate monthly steering committee sessions with C-level stakeholders, presenting progress, managing scope changes, and keeping leadership aligned on strategic outcomes.
• Conduct deep discovery and scoping sessions with customers—mapping business processes, identifying integration requirements, and translating complex needs into implementation strategies.
• Manage multi-stakeholder alignment across IT, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations teams—navigating conflicting priorities and securing buy-in at all levels.
• Own project management for multiple concurrent enterprise deployments—managing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and ensuring nothing slips.
• Be a domain expert on HR, Payroll, and Accounting best practices—guiding customers through complex transformations and change management.
• Work cross‑functionally with Customer Experience, Sales, and R&D to solve enterprise blockers and feed insights back into product development.

What You Will Need

• Minimum 5+ years managing enterprise implementations in HR, Payroll, Accounting, or adjacent platforms—not SMB/mid-market.
• Proven track record leading 6-figure+ deployments with executive stakeholder management and steering committee experience.
• Expert project management skills: managing complex timelines, budgets, resource constraints, and multiple concurrent enterprise projects.
• Business‑level Language Fluency in French
• Deep experience conducting discovery, scoping, and requirements‑gathering sessions with C-suite and department heads.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate and align competing priorities across 5+ internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong change management mindset—you understand that enterprise implementations are 60% change and 40% technical.
• Relentless problem‑solver: You dig into root causes, ask the hard questions, and don't accept surface‑level answers.
• Autonomous and strategic thinker: You can identify blockers before they become problems and elevate appropriately.

Bonus

• Prior experience with HR platforms, Payroll platforms, or complex SaaS transformations.
• Background in Enterprise Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, and enterprise project management tools.
