Job summary

Rippling in Dublin is seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Global Implementation team. You will partner with enterprise customers to implement Rippling’s all-in-one HR, Payroll and Accounting platform, guiding complex deployments and ensuring a smooth adoption.

You will lead discovery, scoping and cross‑functional collaboration with IT, Finance, HR and Operations, while coordinating executives and steering committees to align on timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise HR/payroll/Accounting implementations.
• 6-figure+ deployments with executive stakeholder management.
• Expert project management across timelines, budgets and resources.
• French language fluency at business level.
• Discovery, scoping and requirements with C-suite and leaders.
• Ability to align priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong change management mindset for enterprise transformations.
• Autonomous and strategic thinker with proactive blocker resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for enterprise deployments of Rippling's global platform.
• Lead end-to-end implementations with timelines, steering committees and adoption.
• Facilitate steering committee sessions with C-level stakeholders and manage scope changes.
• Conduct deep discovery and scoping with customers, mapping processes to plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across IT, Finance, HR, Payroll, and Operations.
• Manage concurrent deployments with budgets and resources to prevent slips.
• Provide domain expertise on HR, Payroll and Accounting best practices.
• Collaborate with CX, Sales and R&D to remove blockers and feed product insights.
