Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help both internal and external stakeholders realize value in Rippling's HR and Payroll Cloud. You will focus on revenue generation through value-driven presentations and enable customers to see the platform's benefits.

You will join a diverse team of professionals and drive value for customers while supporting a best-in-class buying experience. The role offers exposure to sales, product, and GTM strategy across a wide range of stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role, partnering with Sales and building & presenting Demonstrations for customers.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling.
• Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's HR product suite.
• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives.
• Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling HR product suite.
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape.
