Job summary

UN1F1ED2 Global Packaging Group is seeking a Business Development Sales Executive in Ireland to drive new business and expand relationships with pharmaceutical, medical device, engineering and electronics sectors. You will manage existing accounts while developing new opportunities, leveraging leads and networks within the assigned territory.

The role requires a track record in sales and business development, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to learn technical aspects of our packaging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging or related field.
• Experience in corrugated, carton board, labels, plastics is desirable.
• Knowledge of packaging and testing sales to pharma/medical devices is preferable.
• Proven track record in sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Results-driven with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn the technical aspects of the company’s products and testing offering.
• Correct permission to live and work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Develop and attract new sales and business accounts for both packaging and testing.
• Manage and grow business with existing customers.
• Utilise leads and contacts within the assigned area.
• Increase business with existing accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet predetermined quarterly sales targets.
• Proactively market and develop the global brand.
• Report weekly and monthly to management.
