Job summary

Allianz is seeking a Care Advisor to support customers in multiple languages as the first point of contact worldwide. You will anticipate needs, coordinate interdepartmental work, and deliver high-quality service while aiming for continuous improvement.

You will respond to queries about cover and claims, maintain 24-hour written communication turnaround, and handle multiple tasks while expanding product knowledge and supporting medical coordination when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-focused role.
• Call centre experience is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responding to queries regarding cover, claims, hospitalisation, complaints.
• Maintain service standards with 24-hour turnaround for written communication.
• Multi-tasking of daily workload and ad hoc assignments.
• Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely, accurate information.
• Assist in coordinating hospital admissions, evacuations and repatriations.
