Job summary

EVERSANA, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, is seeking a Consultant to lead analyses across research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing and market access topics.

You will translate evidence into client-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making, coordinate with colleagues, and grow as a market access expert across Europe, APAC, and LATAM, with remote or satellite offices in London, Berlin, and Milan.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of MA&P, management consulting, or analytical pharma experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative foundation for complex problems.
• Ambition to grow into Global Market Access & Pricing expert.
• Clear trajectory with increasing responsibility and value creation.
• Mandatory fluency in French and English.
• Global/local MA&P or US market exposure or PhD would be a plus.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own defined analyses and project workstreams across research, data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing topics.
• Translate evidence into client-ready recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with colleagues, track progress, and support day-to-day execution.
• Grow as a consultant and MA&P expert, contributing to proposals and knowledge assets.
