Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in life sciences or healthcare field.
• Strong clinical background and communication skills.
• English at least C1; native French is essential.

Responsibilities

• Translate English to target language and vice versa, via phone or written.
• Answer drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Disseminate drug information verbally and in writing.
• Identify adverse events and process reports per SOPs and regulations.
• Write narratives for adverse events and quality-related issues.
• Coordinate quality-related complaint responses with QA, Regulatory, and others.
• Evaluate medical literature to develop information for dissemination.
• Lead market research and training projects as needed.
• Perform medical writing tasks and on-call duties as assigned.
• Support other duties as required.
