Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Europe from a home office in Ireland. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, collaborate with HR and external agencies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will report to Senior Director, Human Resources Europe and drive regional hiring goals, stay updated on European regulations, and help promote EVERSANA as an employer of choice for life sciences professionals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 10 years of recruiting experience across in-house and agency settings.
Minimum 5 years recruiting across geographies in Europe.
Experience recruiting pharma/life sciences, IT, consulting, or services.
Strong knowledge of European hiring regulations (EU/UK).
Experience in a multinational environment is essential.
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS tools.
Excellent written and verbal English; additional EU languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting to meet staffing goals across multiple EVERSANA divisions.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines via diverse sourcing channels.
Promote Employee Referral Program and manage candidate communications.
Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and track statuses.
Negotiate offers and ensure a strong candidate experience.
Leverage market data to influence recruiting strategy and branding.
Develop long-term relationships with networks and agencies; report recruiting analytics.
Ensure compliance with hiring regulations across Europe and the UK.
