Job summary

Regeneron Ireland is seeking a Regional Access Lead to drive market access, pricing and reimbursement for our neurology portfolio. The role supports Europe in a hybrid work model and requires deep regional market access expertise and cross‑functional collaboration to shape payer strategies.

You will monitor payer trends, adapt economic models for submissions, and engage with health technology assessment bodies and payers across Europe.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight in market access.
• Experience launching regional market access across therapeutic areas.
• Proven European pricing, reimbursement, HTA, and negotiations.
• Experience developing/adapting economic models for regional submissions.
• In-depth knowledge of European payer systems and reimbursement challenges.
• Fluent English; another European language is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Monitor payer trends, policies, and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
• Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions.
• Adapt access tools and value propositions for regional use.
• Support HTA dossiers, mock negotiations, and payer engagements.
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers, and patient groups.
• Align evidence generation and health economics outcomes with payer needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to influence decisions.
