Job summary

EVERSANA is hiring a Medical Information Specialist fluent in German and English. The role is home-based in Europe, supporting drug information inquiries, adverse event intake, and medical writing under regulated SOPs.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharmacy degree, have a strong clinical background, and excellent communication skills in English (C1) and German. Remote work with EU eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree or equivalent.
• Strong clinical background with excellent verbal and written communication.
• English C1 level and native German.
• Experience in medical information or call center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients.
• Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing.
• Identify adverse events and product complaints and report per SOPs.
• Write adverse event narratives and responses.
• Coordinate processes for quality-related complaints with QA, Regulatory.
• Evaluate medical literature to develop information for dissemination.
• Support market research, system development, and training projects.
• Medical writing.
• On-call responsibilities as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned.
