Regeneron in Europe is seeking a Regional Access Lead to drive market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for our neurology portfolio, collaborating across global, regional, and local teams. This hybrid role supports multiple European locations.

You will shape access tools, contribute to HTA dossiers, and build relationships with payers and policymakers while aligning evidence generation with payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten years of pharmaceutical experience with eight years in market access.
• Experience in European pricing and reimbursement.
• Experience developing regional health economics models.
• Fluent English; another European language is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead European market access strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Monitor payer policies and reimbursement frameworks across Europe.
• Represent Europe in global access strategy discussions and shape approaches.
• Adapt access tools and payer value propositions for regional use.
• Support HTA dossiers, mock negotiations, and payer engagements.
• Build relationships with payers, policymakers and patient groups.
• Align evidence generation and health economics outcomes research with payer requirements.
