Job summary

Siemens Switzerland is seeking a Global Life Science Vertical Lead to shape and drive SI B's strategy across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and research facilities. You will orchestrate a global, cross-functional community, align regions, and maximize synergies with the Global Life Science Team.

Based in Zug or another major SI B location in the EU/UK, you will travel up to 50% and lead market development, portfolio strategy, and external influence, while partnering with customers and partners

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Life Science business development or senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of pharma, biotech, laboratories and research environments.
• Proven growth through account-based and vertical-focused approaches.
• Willingness to travel globally up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Life Science vertical strategy within SI B.
• Develop market segmentation and growth roadmaps with KPIs.
• Lead go-to-market, CAM framework and global account planning.
• Collaborate with Global Life Science Team to maximize synergies.
• Define and translate market needs into new solutions and offerings.
• Animate and coordinate a global community of Life Science experts.
