Job summary

SimoTech, headquartered in Ireland, is seeking a Managed Services Manager to lead and oversee high-impact engineering services and projects for pharmaceutical clients. The role reports to the Director of Managed Services and demands a commercially astute leader with deep automation or validation expertise.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in Life Sciences, with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Life Science manufacturing projects or equivalent.
• 3+ years leading teams or suppliers in automation projects.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Familiarity with GMP, GAMP, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of services and projects at client sites.
• Manage scope, schedules and budgets; report performance indicators.
• Build relationships with clients and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor project managers, engineers and leads; support performance reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve objectives.
• Travel to client sites as required.
