Zusammenfassung

ProPharma is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth across Europe in the life sciences sector. You will engage executives to deliver consulting solutions spanning clinical development, regulatory affairs, digital transformation, and quality.

This high-impact role offers travel across Europe and hybrid collaboration with European offices. You will build executive-level relationships with CEOs, CROs, and leaders, guiding proposals, pricing, and contracts

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD or equivalent) highly desirable.
8+ years in business development, consulting sales, account management, or strategic partnerships.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute strategic business development plans across Europe.
Identify, qualify, and pursue consulting opportunities in life sciences sectors.
Build a robust sales pipeline via networking, events, referrals and partnerships.
Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualification, solution development, proposals, contracts.
Grow revenue by expanding relationships with senior stakeholders.
