IQVIA Language Solutions is seeking a Senior Director & Head of Sales to define the regional sales strategy and own the team quota across life sciences markets in Europe. You will recruit and coach enterprise sales professionals, drive growth, and coordinate with IQVIA’s broader portfolio to win complex deals.

This leadership role requires a proven track record in language services or related sectors, with a strategic, execution-focused mindset and strong executive presence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in enterprise sales across countries/regions.
• Proven track record in achieving ambitious revenue targets in language services or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of localization ecosystem and healthcare customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Europe-wide sales strategy across priority markets, segments and accounts.
• Own and exceed annual bookings, revenue and gross-margin targets.
• Recruit, lead and coach a high-performing enterprise sales team; establish a culture of accountability and growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Delivery, Technology, Marketing and Legal to ensure differentiated, viable solutions.
