Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, or related field.
• Proven experience developing ILT, e-learning, video-based learning, and blended learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in learning design.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with SMEs, Program Managers, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and drive measurable behavior change.
• Design and develop e-learning courses, ILT, job aids, how-to videos, and hands-on assessments.
• Apply ADDIE and Agile methodologies across the end-to-end content development lifecycle.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs and training communities to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Leverage learner data and analytics to continuously improve learning solutions.
• Utilise AI-assisted design tools to accelerate content development and personalise learning.
• Create engaging graphics, illustrations, multimedia assets, and other learning materials.
