Job summary

Tuath Housing Association is seeking an Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver and embed learning initiatives across the organisation. You will drive manager development, onboarding quality and career pathways, using AI-enabled tools with governance and data protection in mind.

You will collaborate with leadership and HR to implement structured programmes and measure impact across multiple sites in Ireland. A strong background in L&D and digital learning is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience designing, facilitating and evaluating management/workshops.
• Ability to develop structured learning programmes and tools.
• Experience with digital learning and AI-enabled learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and evaluate practical learning programmes aligned to needs.
• Create facilitator guides, manager toolkits and participant resources.
• Facilitate workshops for managers and employees.
• Develop onboarding, probation and career development learning journeys.
• Use data and feedback to improve learning impact.
