Job summary

WHOOP, a leader in health and performance, seeks a Change Management Specialist to drive adoption of changes across Membership Services. You will shape and operate the change framework and ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and reinforcement through planning, communication, and frontline engagement.

You will collaborate across Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations to minimize member friction and elevate the member experience with AI-enabled support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in change management or related fields.
• Experience supporting change from planning through implementation and reinforcement.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-informed approach to identifying risks, measuring outcomes, and improving experience.
• Fluency with AI-enabled tools and responsible use while maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Membership Services change intake, assessment, and sizing process.
• Build and execute change plans defining member experience, audiences, communications, enablement, milestones, risks, ownership, success measures.
• Coordinate with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations for guidance and resources.
• Assess impact on AI-enabled support and automation; coordinate updates to knowledge, workflows, guardrails, testing, and escalation paths.
• Manage changes through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement; anticipate member friction and readiness needs.
• Partner with Launch Readiness Specialists on complex initiatives; lead or support adoption workstreams.
• Engage leaders and frontline teams to validate impacts and gather feedback.
• Track adoption and outcomes using feedback, training metrics, quality trends, and member data.
