Rippling is hiring an Implementation Manager to join its Global Implementation team in Dublin. You will work with customers across segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products, combining deep domain expertise with a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related HR/Payroll/Accounting roles.
• Proficient in English and German, French or Dutch; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven project management delivering multiple projects on time in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and delivering great experiences.
• Creative in finding solutions; proactive in researching documentation and why behind requests.
• Able to manage stakeholders from execs to frontline teams in IT, Ops, HR, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert; be the go-to resource for customers within 60 days and with internal teams within 90 days.
• Lead 1:1 with clients to launch Rippling's global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations.
• Drive timelines and adoption by understanding client use cases and aligning to Rippling best practices.
• Provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling teams.
• Help develop and document implementation processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.
