Job summary

Rippling is seeking an Implementation Manager (IC) to be a foundational member of the Global Implementation team in Dublin. You will implement and drive adoption of Rippling’s global products for customers across segments, delivering seamless implementation experiences.

You will partner one-on-one with clients, manage timelines, and provide domain expertise to customers and internal teams. A strong focus on customer experience and documentation of best practices is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success or related HR/Payroll/Accounting roles.
• Fluent in English and German or Dutch, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and keep deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Become a Rippling expert within 60 days and be the go-to resource for customers.
• Own the launch of Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform implementations with clients.
• Drive timelines and adoption by aligning use cases with Rippling best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience & R&D to improve processes and products.
