Job summary

Waystone is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the Global P&D team and senior management, guiding workforce strategy, talent development, and organizational design. The role will drive AI-enabled transformation, change programmes, and cross-jurisdictional governance to deliver sustainable business value.

You will lead talent planning, employee relations, and governance, ensuring compliance while enabling a high-performance culture and responsible HR practices across Waystone's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CIPD or equivalent designation preferred.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior partner role.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior management in a multi-business environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, change management, and HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the People lead for AI and automation initiatives within assigned business areas.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Drive change management and capability development for AI-enabled transformations.
• Lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and people-related risk assessment in M&A contexts.
• Provide governance and risk oversight for HR policies and organizational design across jurisdictions.
• Support talent planning, succession, and employee relations initiatives across the organisation.
