Job summary

Waystone is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership and drive the people strategy across global functions. You will lead AI-enabled workforce evolution, automation initiatives, and organisational design, while collaborating with Corporate Development and Legal on transactions.

You will manage workforce planning, capability development, and employee relations, aligning HR programs with business goals and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with CIPD or similar professional HR designation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven business partner to senior management within a multi-business organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as the People lead for AI and automation initiatives within assigned business areas.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, skills implications, and organisational design.
• Lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition activities.
• Deliver change management, communications, and capability-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, risk management, and governance.
