Job summary

Spot Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR leader to drive the people strategy across M&A, integration and reorganisation at a multi-jurisdictional level. You will partner with boards and leadership to shape the workforce for a transitioning manufacturing group.

You will lead organisation design, HRIS implementations and the data-driven change programme to support the company’s transformation across Europe and beyond.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with track record delivering HR workstreams of M&A, integration and divestment in PE/family office/sponsor-backed environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the people side of M&A, integration and reorganisation from due diligence through steady state, including works council/union consultation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead Group-wide organisation design to simplify structure, decision rights and reporting lines across all entities.
• Build the Group's HR systems, data and KPI infrastructure and lead the change agenda underpinning the business transformation.
