Job summary

Inizio is seeking an HR Technology Manager to shape and optimise our HR tech ecosystem, aligning it with enterprise strategy. You will bridge HR and IT, lead business engagement, and own Workday HCM and related platforms.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, ensure data quality, security, and regulatory compliance across regions, mentor the Workday operations team, and partner with vendors to deliver scalable, compliant people processes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in HR technology within a complex enterprise environment.
• Ability to translate HR priority into technology solutions and roadmaps.
• Experience overseeing integrated HR systems beyond core HCM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR technology solutions from demand intake to stabilisation.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across regions.
• Lead Workday platform ownership including roadmap, releases, configuration, and integrations.
• Mentor the Workday operations team and collaborate across IT and HR teams.
• Manage relationships with vendors and implementation partners, including contracts and performance.
