Job summary

Emergn is seeking a Junior HR Specialist to manage onboarding and offboarding, support the employee lifecycle, and help maintain accurate HR records. You will work with location leads and advise managers on leave requests, changes, and compliance with labour laws.

The role offers a flexible work model and development opportunities in a dynamic international team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience, familiarity with HRIS and payroll tools, and strong English

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• CIPD Level 3 membership is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll processes, and HR data/reporting tools.
• Accuracy in managing HR data, compliance and employee records.
• Strong interpersonal and employee-relations skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new joiners in the office and remotely.
• Guarantee smooth and effective offboarding processes for team members.
• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle including performance management and career development.
• Coordinate employee benefits such as health insurance and leave policies.
• Advise and coach managers and employees on leave requests/issues, change, and labour legislation compliance.
• Work closely with location leads to ensure effective HR delivery.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures across regions.
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data in our HRIS with data privacy.
