Deel is seeking an experienced operations professional to optimize day-to-day workflows across a global payroll and HR platform. You will drive automation, partner with cross-functional teams, and uphold compliance while delivering faster, more reliable service to customers.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven decisions, data analysis, and a bias for action in a fast-paced fintech environment. Candidates should be comfortable operating across multiple countries and supporting complex processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a fast-paced Tech/FinTech environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• KPI-driven with experience tracking and improving performance metrics.
• Exposure to process automation and operational tooling.
• Background in FinTech, consulting, banking, or fast-paced startups preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable insights (SQL familiarity a plus).
• Collaborative team player with high energy and bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational workflows and identify efficiency improvements.
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy and speed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline tools and processes for internal and customer use.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls, compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and elevate risks or gaps to leadership.
• Drive customer-focused process improvements to enhance turnaround times and resolution quality.
