Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Experience supporting an HRIS implementation or migration.
• Working knowledge of Irish employment law and GDPR.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to first day and beyond; work with hiring managers, IT, and payroll teams.
• Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS and time systems; produce regular HR reports.
• Support compliance, documentation, and GDPR-aligned record-keeping.
• Assist with HR policies, handbook updates, and audits.
• Provide first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and managers.
• Support HR projects and reporting; maintain the organisational chart.
