Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to support the full employee lifecycle and HR operations across Ireland and several European countries. Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will maintain high-quality HR data, coordinate payroll inputs and benefits, and help drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• At least two years in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS; Excel is an advantage.
• Proactive, collaborative and service-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment checks, contracts and onboarding activities.
• Manage lifecycle changes, including benefits, leave and documentation.
• Support HR lifecycle in Ireland, the UK, Netherlands, Denmark and other European countries.
• Coordinate employee leaver process and offboarding activities.
• Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries and escalate where needed.
• Prepare HR reports and employment references for HR and management.
