Rippling is seeking an HR Consultant to support our Employer of Record service across the UK and Ireland. You will guide clients through onboarding, offboarding, and the employee lifecycle, while addressing regulatory challenges and HR policy development.

The role emphasizes workflow design, country-specific requirements, and seamless service delivery through cross-functional collaboration. This is a 3-month independent contractor position with international scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR advisory or consulting experience in UK and Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland labor laws.
• Experience handling unemployment benefits, disability/leave benefits, and grievances.
• HRIS system expertise and payroll basics knowledge.
• Excellent project management, communication, and client-service skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle employee relations issues and regulatory risk.
• Configure and test HR workflows with product, engineering, and compliance teams.
• Respond to client and employee inquiries and develop HR resources.
• Train internal HR Advisors on country-specific requirements.
• Design scalable processes to improve HR service delivery.
• Draft and implement compliance-driven HR policies and SOPs.
• Serve as Power of Attorney (POA) for the legal entities supported.
