Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Director, Private Credit & Debt Solutions to lead the global sales strategy for debt & credit. You will drive go-to-market activities, build Tier 1 client relationships, and collaborate across IQ-EQ offices to win new business and optimise profitability.

The role requires extensive experience in the Debt & Credit sector, senior leadership credentials, and a strong track record in commercial client engagements across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Law, Business Management or related field.
• 15+ years of specialist experience in the Debt & Credit sector with senior leadership exposure.
• Proven commercial, client-facing expertise across multi-jurisdictional deals.

Responsibilities

• Drive global rollout and execution of the Debt & Credit Sales Strategy across IQ-EQ offices.
• Develop and maintain consultative value proposition for debt & credit clients; conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with Tier 1 clients; lead reviews and develop comprehensive Client Plans to maximise revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Global Head of DCM&C to expand services and identify loan administration opportunities.
• Manage pricing policies across the Group; monitor profitability and optimise terms with local teams.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and conversion by coordinating with local CCOs and heads of sales.
• Champion thought leadership and market awareness through marketing initiatives and business development planning.
