Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer operations, credit control, collections or similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach or mentor teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions.
• Experience in managing performance via KPIs, reporting and controls.
• Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with business systems and Excel in a finance environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Control professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day Credit Control activities across commercial portfolios, aligning with policy and objectives.
• Monitor KPIs, service levels and targets; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, outsourced partners and agencies for debt recovery.
• Ensure robust governance, controls and compliance; address operational risks promptly.
• Analyze performance and debt trends; provide reporting and recommendations.
• Lead change initiatives and projects to improve efficiency, controls, and customer outcomes.
