Qualifications

• 5 - 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for both revenue-generating roles and corporate functions.
• Experience in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment.
• Recruiting across international markets in EMEA.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a white-glove, high-touch experience for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process across CBO and corporate functions.
• Partner with hiring managers, talent operations, and finance to build hiring strategy.
• Influence business leaders on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and report data accurately.
