Job summary

Airbnb is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for revenue-generating and corporate roles across global markets. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews and offers, partnering with stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will build and own a diverse talent pipeline, collaborate with talent partners and hiring managers, and drive hiring strategy across CBO and corporate functions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across revenue-generating and corporate functions.
• Experience in high-velocity, high-volume recruiting.
• Experience recruiting across international markets in EMEA.
• Ability to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for senior stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Partnerships and corporate roles.
• Build pipelines for multiple requisitions across CBO and corporate teams and geographies.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, talent operations and finance to craft hiring strategy.
• Influence business leaders on process, interview best practices and decision making.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the interview process.
• Accurately track candidate data and report to the business.
• Find top talent quickly using creative sourcing techniques in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.
