Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our CBO function and corporate roles across international markets in EMEA.

You will build pipelines, partner with hiring managers and talent partners, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout a fast-paced, high-volume hiring process. The role requires a proven track record of closing top talent in competitive markets, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across revenue-generating and corporate roles
• Experience in high-velocity, high-volume environments and international markets in EMEA
• Proven ability to deliver a white-glove, candidate-focused experience
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and influencing skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process across CBO and corporate teams
• Build pipeline for multiple requisitions and maintain a diverse top of funnel
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, and finance to shape hiring strategy
• Educate hiring managers on process and interview best practices
• Provide high-touch candidate experiences and report candidate data accurately
• Find and engage top talent quickly in a high-velocity environment
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism
